How the pricing works
- A flat fee per user. No assets-under-management tiers.
- No feature tiers — every user gets the full platform.
- Your cost tracks the size of your team, not the size of your book.
Questions
- Is it per user or per firm?
- Per user. Each named user is $350 per month. There is no platform fee, no minimum seat count and no charge based on assets under management.
- How am I billed?
- Quarterly, in advance — $1,050 per user every three months.
- Are any modules extra?
- No. Every user gets the full platform, including the risk, compliance, performance, accounting and research suites. There is no module you can buy that another user cannot see.
- What about data?
- The market and reference data layer is included — securities, prices, indices, issuers and economic series are maintained for you rather than licensed separately.
- Do you offer volume pricing?
- Talk to us about larger teams. Any arrangement is still a flat per-user fee; the rate is the only thing that moves.
